Leonardo Mason Eslinger died after alleged abuse from his court-approved caretakers. We believe Leo’s death represents a failure of Indiana’s legal system and child protective services. The family tried everything in its power to keep Leo and his siblings safe, but their concerns fell on deaf ears.
